 Fees and Insurance

Fee

My fee is $160.00-$190.00 per individual therapy session depending on how long the session is. The initial intake session is $225.00.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on an as needed/availability basis. Please talk to me about your financial situation if it is a concern. I believe in therapy being accessible and offer several reduced fee spots.

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards.

Insurance

I am currently on panel with Pacific Source, Aetna,  Moda and Regence BCBS and able to bill OHP Health Share.

If you have other insurance, you can call and ask about your out-of-network benefits. For clients that have out-of-network benefits, I provide an itemized receipt which clients submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement may be full, partial or not at all; it depends on the plan. Insurance is confusing and can be overwhelming. I can assist you in finding out what your benefits are.

Helpful questions to ask your insurance company:

  • What are my mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • Are out of network providers covered? At what percent?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • What forms do I need to request reimbursement?

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for my time and the needs of other clients, I request 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is missed, or less than 24 hours notice is given, I charge for the missed session. I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen and handle such situations on a case by case basis.
